Smokin' Green Hot Sauce

This finishing hot sauce is Southwest inspired featuring barrel roasted green chilies with seed adapted and grown in New York. The smoky flavor is brought out with roasted garlic and smoked sea salt, herbal notes with parsley and oregano, and the acid brought in with lime juice and rice vinegar.
